Three sanctioned Cajun categories, three category champions, and one Grand Champion who takes all of it.
To be crowned Grand Champion, teams must compete in all 3 categories and post the highest combined total.

- All three categories:
- $250
- •10 x 15 cook space
- •2 parking passes
- •4 team wristbands
Registration deadline: November 1, 2026
Triple Crown Payout
- 15% Grand Championof all competition entry fees collected
- 10% Reserve Grand Championof all competition entry fees collected
- 40% 1st Placeof that category's entry fees
- 25% 2nd Placeof that category's entry fees
- 10% 3rd Placeof that category's entry fees
Each category must have a minimum of 10 teams for payouts.
Example Payout
If Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Étouffée each have 10 teams:
30 total entries × $100 = $3,000 Prize Pool
The more teams that enter, the bigger the payouts get. 100% payout means 100% of competition entry fees go back to the competitors.
